Can you tell me what kind of problems currently you have?
Do they provide termination to Singapore Proper(+65) ? I can't see on the 
rate list (http://www.euroiax.com/?page=rates&letters=S-T)
How about customer support of EuroIAX?
seems they only accept credit card payments:(
