There is always the VPF, Never used it so I can't comment on its quality
and/or service.

The whole idea of termination minutes is why Sprint/Nextel give you
'free incoming'. Although, I am not sure if they are able to use the
termination
'credits' from the wireless service and allow the LD side to benefit?/
