I think the intent here is to further the Asterisk cause by providing a platform for fellow Asterisk users to use, explore, test and tinker with Asterisk on a hosted platform.  I do not think this free version is intended to be resold to your clients with guaranteed uptime, SLA's and monthly performance reports.
