I got a quote for .6c/minute for most domestic term, from a well respected 
carrier, but it required $25,000 monthly commit.  If you are interested, 
let me know and I'll hook you up.

I would publish the name of the carrier, but I think we're non-disclosed as 
to the details of our contract.
