Hello,
One of our client needed direct SIP/IAX termination to China and 
Colombia. billing should be 1/1. rates should be China - $0.011 and 
Colombia - $0.08.
Volume 200,000 minutes / month to China and 100,000 minutes / month to 
Colombia
