Dan, this is what NetLogic does. We provide a QoS enabled loop either to
your colo facility or to the end user. We do this at a T-1 or higher
level. We are testing an SDSL offering (not ADSL).

Great thread, lots of usefull info here... Do any voip providers offer
an option for a point to point link directly to the customer? I have
been trying to get our voip traffic to a point where I can reliably
deploy it across the company, but the problems I've had with my trials,
using the public internet, haven't been too positive.
