What are others charging for the 24/7 support of an Asterisk system? 
The system is a call center with 25+ agents, and the company is 
outsourcing its IT support.

Do you try to estimate the number of hours required and then put that 
against an hourly fee?  Or do you charge for individual service 
requests?  What do others do?
