Fwd: [asterisk-biz] Nicaragua?

Hi,
The problem I'm trying to solve is the people in Nicaragua are not too
Internet savvy (and not much high speed Internet available) -
So, it would be better if they could dial a local number and ring a SIP
phone off my asterisk server in the US.
I'm not sure if that's what you have proposed?
