[asterisk-biz] Call center seats available

We're working with many Australian based call centres that perform a
variety of functions to the USA/Canada/UK markets.

One of the best applications I have seen thus far is a "follow-the-sun"
support desk for Volvo (Canada).  The call centre takes 1st level
support calls from customers in Nth America and solves more than 50% of
enquiries whilst Canada is snoozing. 

If you have a similar need let me know and I'll put you in contact with
the right guys.

I tend to think this is the second best place to post this.  The other
is a yahoo group (name escapes me) not much action but quite a few
memebers.

How are the accents of agents in Sri Lanka?  How many seats available?
Infrastructure?
