[asterisk-biz] Calculating bandwidth

I am planning to set up a hosted server. From the offers I have there are 2
ways to calculate B/W one is to promise you a fixed connection say 2Mb and
the other is a certain amount of GB bandwidth per month.

What are the expected prices to pay for each in the NY area?

How do I calculate how much I need per subscriber  if I am using the
g.729codec and each subscriber  talks 1000 minutes a month.
