Turgut,

It seems you may be walking on the eggs in Erik's basket. It's a valid
remark. Availability is something end-user prospect will probably ask
you about if they value their business. You are off course free to
interpret that as negative but I don't think it will help you sell these
boxes or find partners.

If someone does not like your response but does like the product, why
would that person not just pick up the phone and talk directly to the
critical software folks? Your relation with edgebox is unclear to me
other than that your website suggests that you could be some kind of an
agent (correct me if I'm wrong).
