Yes, for now, they seemed to be offering individual DIDs for extra
money.  

Near as I can tell they dont have a big setup just a little thing going
on, so far everything also appears to be on one box, and from what I
have seen its voip to/from them, no pstn integration, but I could be
wrong about that.

Its much more on a budget than a business would want, but it might work
for personal stuff, like testing and all that - sometimes you need to
test from other networks and if its free then that makes it easier to
test (since you dont have to hold a balance and all that for the
occasional thing).
