[asterisk-biz] Toll Free in NY

If you are dialing FROM 718 and terminating ON 718, why do you want a
toll-free number?  It would be cheaper to get a DID for that area!
Although, if you are calling it on a 718 and routing TO a 718.. why
are you even going through this extra step?  It's all local, why pay
for an 800#?
