There are different ways (3) prices - but in the end, you pay. If you
don't pay per minute, you pay per concurrent channel.  And if you pay for
concurrent channel, it is likely to be far more than the 5$ one charges
per DID. In other words, you are still losing money on a cust that uses
his DID 24/7. Why lose money?
