[asterisk-biz] USA DIDs available

Dear Daniel,

If you have a question about the product, You should direct it to the company, However since 
you have posted it here, I will reply to you here.

The list is from Global Crossing, and there is a 12 to 20 days  Lead time from global crossing 
that they take to issue numbers.

Right Now the way DIDX is, Every Number you see, You get INSTANTLY and there is No 
Delay.

We are working on making an automated process with Global Crossing so that these 
numbers are available instantly.

At this time, you have to request them with us manually, and we have to manually ask Global 
Crossing to issue them to us, and then again we have to manually assign them to you.
