Hello John,

As I know, it's not permitted by law at this moment. VoIP to PSTN is okay.
I rememberred that CCNET provide DID via +886-941-9xxxxx before (No
Taipei local number), but I couldn't find it on their web site now.

They only provide pre-paid SIP account. They accept foreign CC payment
via fax, maybe you could ask them if they'll still provide the DID.

It's NT$3.2/min call to mobile and NT$1.2/min to regular phone.  (Couldn't
call to toll free number) And the +886-941-9 is additional NT$100/month
if it's still available.

I didn't use them for months, Asterisk was okay (g.729 only).
