Have you contacted Digium directly?

If they are rev1 TE410s they *do* need to be sent back, as the Xilinx part 
needs its firmware upgraded.  If you are technically savvy and can handle a 
JTAG without saying "jay-what?" you *MAY* be able to convince someone whose 
last name rhymes with "Lemming" to send you the Xilinx firmware and thus 
update the cards yourself...  

Honestly though I know for a fact that Digium can be convinced to sell you 
TE411P cards under the understanding that you will ship them back TE410P 
cards.  I am not sure what the upgrade price is (as opposed to just scrapping 
the TE410P cards) but if you call or email Digium I am certain that they will 
be able to give you all the details.
