not for me, being in california :)

They are looking to terminate to europe and africa, perhaps they are
intending on selling to people that arent over there, as such it may
make sense to be somewhere else so that their customers primarily have
better ping times to their server (which often is used as a metric to
suggest quality even though it can often be misleading).
