Just put a "Wire-Tap" fee on the bill of the guys the Feds want 
recordings.  And make sure you only give them the recordings in ogg format.

And have a checkmark on your signup form that says "are/do you: 
Liberal/Anarchist/have any arab friends/Arab/etc" so you can charge them 
a fee because they're more likely to be the ones tapped. ;)
