Unless they are producing their own currency, and I seriously doubt any CEO
of a major company would take a pay cut just to implement this in the name
of being a true patriot or anything.

All I gotta say is good luck with the poor guys having to implement that.
Leave it up to the US Government to kill another industry.  These
regulations are brought to you by the same folks who brought back AT&T.
Hmm....

Here's another tip for ya concerning these same folks.  Don't get mad at
your bank and think you're going down the street to the next one.  You may
find out that the next one is the same as the first one.
