I know it does sip, never tried wtih h.323 but their web page doesnt
seem to indicate it. There is a metaswitch-users list as well, that has
some very informative people on it about metaswitch.  Their support crew
isnt bad either, in the middle of the night 2 of them were on  the phone
and logged into the switch to diagnose and correct a problem when it was
interfacing with the tandem, so they do have that going for them :)
