[asterisk-biz] Newbie - VOIP Providers

I have been tasked to implement a voip phone system at work. I have asterisk
setup and connected to our PRI.

Now I have to find a couple of reliable yet cost effective providers.

Looking at the lists... I see many providers here and I would like to know
what you offer.
I would also like to know the experiences people have had with them.

I am currently looking at:
voicepulse
plainvoip
net iq systems
teliax
iax.cc

Can anyone tell me their experiences with these companies? I mean.. There
are so many out there and I don't want to test them all.
