Yup.. that works good.. until a call doesn't complete and just hangs
on the provider! Then all your backup routing in the world won't help
you and your customer will be stuck at dead air. Sorry, for my
customer base, I will stick with someone who I can contact and know
that if I have a problem there are several people (or a tech support
desk) I can get in touch with, and not just one guy, who might be on
vacation!
