We have already experienced a situation like that.  We honored our price and
didn't change it for the customer.  The following day the codes were updated
to reflect the new prices.

what about situations where your carrier might have a pass through
billing clause, for example one situation that occured is that in
certain countries its really easy to set up a phone company, publish
rates, then at some point in the future change those termination rates.
You may not get the information quickly enough before calls go through
but your carrier might bill you.  Or do you not have any pass through
billing agreements with any of your providers?
