[asterisk-biz] Developing Asterisk PBX with IVR

Hi,

I am new to Asterisk and all this. I want to learn how can i Develope Astrisk PBX along with IVR. Can someone help me with this??

Also can some one let me know if I can route my Vonage Number to the said PBX and play my own IVR ?

I wait for Gudance of Gurus.
