They provide VPS and also with an option to have A at H 2.8 loaded for a good
price.
Their implementation is better than the earlier approches to VPS it gives
all available resources to each user rather than "hard" partinioning of each
resource - memory, disk, CPU, etc. Check their site for details.

I  tested their VPS with A at H and it worked well - didn't do any load
testing, though.
