More to the volume, to get better pricing, duration of each call is of 
equal importance.

Tier 1 guys would want a monthly commitment of $50,000+ to get you 
rates below 1 cents/min, taking into consideration the current 
estimation @ 1cent/min your volume would equal 45k.
