[asterisk-biz] GSM Cellular to VOIP

Hello list. I can not remember the name of the device
but I have a cell phone that works on GSM. I need to
hook this up to an asterisk box which is in the US (I
am in Israel). Does anyone know where I can get such a
box ? I would preffer one that has a RJ45 on it but if
not I will use an RJ11 and connect it to a Sipura 3000
