[asterisk-biz] Operator-Receptionist recommandation

Hi all,

Which Operator-Receptionist system would you recommand for a 150-200 seats Asterisk IPBX ?

The Operator are currently sharing a dedicated console (which integrates a 50 x 3cm LCD display, a specific 30 keys keyboard et 20 or so flashing lights).
They are mostly using blind transfers for incoming calls but when attempting to foward a call to a busy line, they immediatly have the call returned to them so that the caller's experience is really similar to call supervision (before forwarding the call, the operator has a clue of callee line status).
Operators today know phone numbers by heart.

Which hardware and software would you pick for that ?
Do you have a successful return of experience ?

PS: As Asterisk is oftenly used by Call centers and ITSP, I think it is usefully to discuss about this function which is a major concern in enterprise telephony.
