:) question are the polycom 301 CHEAP?

retail price 135. USD ... that's not a cheaper phone...

cheaper phone a sipura 841 and a grandstream 100-101-102 that u can get
for 50 usd the piece..

for those that think that is is a good business...

you spend 30 times less time setting a polycom/cisco that supporting a
grandstreams.. wich by the way thinks the SIP protocols is his back yard
and can do what ever they want.. honorable exception 1.0.7.11 ... don't
even go to the 1.0.6.7 firmware...

It seems that Voxbone is saying that the post below is a NASTY post
about them to this listserve (below) . I want to make one thing clear ,
and that is that I have no reson to discredit them as they say in their
emails. At least their DIDs work better than another providers' that I
have also bought from. What I clearly do not like is that Voxbone
clealy is menacing me by sending multiple emails to multiple email
addrersses saying my post is nasty, when although it questions Voxbone's
practices, is not NASTY!

SAul - is this open source freeware, or a product you are selling, similar
to ThirdLane?

Hi Cory

No, is not opensource is a product like the one that thirdlane have.
Currently is used in a 300+ callcenter to monitor and manage the entire
system. We deliver the product with our asterisk installations and give
support 24/7 to it

a few difs..

thirdlane is web based (i love thirdlane product by the way).. this is
windows based can be used in multitennant enviroments.

you can limit the numbers of phones that the operator can manage, u have
a panel similar to the operator, plus campaigns management realtime.

regards
saul

The subject line "Voxbone going further downhill?" is a bit nasty. You
use the word "further" which seems to imply they are already going downhill.
