[asterisk-biz] How much it costs to setup Asterisk and phones?

$50 an hour? What country? Not the US that's for sure.

Minimum you could get a decent phone guy is $75ish.

FWIW I'm $100 an hour if the customer inists on hourly. I'd rather quote 
  the price for the finished job.
