I can vouch for Mark - he may be a frequent poster, but he's not a scammer.
Voice International is one of the oldest secondary market reseller/brokers
of Intel/Dialogic and BrookTrout telephony boards.  With the advent of VOIP
they are likely looking for used inventory to get into that hardware market.
I have never done business with Voice International before, but have been
well aware of them for many years, and have never heard anything negative
about them, for what it's worth.
