Matt,

All your points are well taken.  I think that this shows the level of
commitment at the moment.  ....and yes, its not good.

Though I bet when you call them tomorrow they'll tell you that customers
have a special "911-tech support" line to call.  Yeah, right.

Of course, Vonage says that they have over 100 employees working on 911
issues...I wonder how many of them are working today on the issue?
