Hi there,

Whatever you do, do NOT colo with ServerPronto.
Their customer service is non-existent and their service is far from
acceptable.

We signed up for a dedicated server early last November, and the box was
running for a couple of weeks until it crashed (hardware-related).
After trying to solve this numerous times with them (when they actually
responded), we decided to cancel.
Long story short....they are still charging our creditcard for a service
they are not willing to fix or cancel.
The box (used for testing) has not been up since November.

I am preparing a business plan to provide VOIP Telco services and
prepaid access accounts. I am a systems engineer in the industrial
control systems industry looking to change careers.

My plan is to attend the Asterisk boot camp and hire an authorized
reseller to install Asterisk for business and provide some initial
configuration and support services so I can get it off the ground. I
have looked at several Coloco situations, serverbeach, coloco,
Voipreach, etc.

I would be thankful for any and all feedback, suggestions etc.

I know Im treading in the deep water, but I am determined to make this
happen.
