[asterisk-biz] Reliable voip providers for Latin America

Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations of a good (as in pretty reliable,
good voice quality and hopefully not overly expensive) VoIP provider
(either SIP or IAX) for the following areas:

58 212    Venezuela/ Caracas
1 787    Puerto Rico/San Juan
52 55    Mexico/ Mexico City
54 11    Argentina/ Buenos Aires
1 809    Rep. Dominicana/ Santo Domingo

And the most called and the most important/critical is 
55       Brazil (mainly cellphones on Vivo's network)

We don't need DID, just outbound calling.
