[asterisk-biz] US DID's & Sixtel?

About 3 weeks ago I was looking for a provider with DID's in my area; I
already have Teliax, but wanted another. I signed up with sixtel. They
didn't have the DID I needed in stock, so I 'ordered' it thru the control
panel. Took about a week or so. Seems to work fine; haven't really used
them on a daily basis yet. Call quality seems to be good (the few times
I've used it).

I'll update you after I use it more.

>Can anyone share their experiences with Sixtel (also iax.cc) and/or point
me in the right direction of a dependable service provider that can support
our needs?

I use teliax on a daily basis for a couple businesses. It's been good.
Every once in a while (every 2 weeks maybe), the servers can't register with
Teliax, thus not allowing any calls in or out. It's usually fixed within
5-10 minutes though; so not too shabby.

They're definitely not the cheapest, but have been the best thus far. Talk
to David if you need a custom plan (303-629-8301) in sales or signup online.

If I was to put money on who will be around in 5 years, it would be Teliax.

Just my $.02

Subject: [asterisk-biz] US DID's & Sixtel?

Hi there,

We are a service provider seeking a relationship with an organization that
can offer rock-solid US DIDs and origination services.

I came across Sixtel. On the surface, things look reasonable.

Can anyone share their experiences with Sixtel (also iax.cc) and/or point me
in the right direction of a dependable service provider that can support our
needs?

Feel free to respond off list.

Thanks.

Andy.
