[asterisk-biz] engineering bid specs

Which industry?  I can type one up if you need one.

List FYI -  Some industries need a "Will provide", "Will conform" type
spec so that the paper pushers can print more spec sheets and see if
it conforms. Thus the reason that most large companies stick to one
vendor.
