[asterisk-biz] Looking for a 1-800 DID provider and Canadian DIDs

I for one would appreciate if you would not conflate "mom-and-pop" 
service providers with unreliable ones.  Small providers, allowing for 
obvious limitations, can be quite reliable.  The examples of poor 
performance you cite are not exclusively in the domain of small providers.
