Well, its pretty easy, make very tough copy protection, with a dongle, 
serial codes, systems that call home, a box welded down that explodes 
when you open it...
And then include a DVD with the sources for everything as you are using 
GPL software (both linux and Asterisk).
The only thing you could eventually protect is a GUI or external 
programs using the manager interface or similar.
