[asterisk-biz] 8 ports GSM PCI Card or Gateway

	I don't know if it would work. But I do wonder what the per-SMS
transaction speed is, limited by the 8 ports. How many recipients per
single message payload? Does the 182 SMS max length include the "To"
list? What's the actual throughput of such a system?
