	If your T3 terminates at AT&T, the "government" can tap it without a
warrant or any other trace. And "outsource" the data analysis to anyone
they want, including competitors, especially if they work for John
"Iran/Contra/TIA/MATRIX" Poindexter, or some Indian datacenter out of US
jurisdiction, or...
