[asterisk-biz] Hosted Outbound

I'm looking into building a school emergency notification system.  Average volume requires 24 simultaneous calls, with emergency notifications requiring 200.  I'll have Asterisk servers placing the outbound calls.  

I'm looking to use SIP or AIX gateways to deliver the calls
