[asterisk-biz] full-featured IP-PBX

Henry,

No argument from me about price/competitiveness etc. I can't agree with you
on using Trixbox and Grandstream phones on consumer grade PC's though! That
is NOT the right solution for even a semi serious small business IMHO.
Commercial grade (ie. Supermicro) PC's and something like an Aastra phone
minimum IMHO!

Using trixbox is up for debate as well.

Well before you go look at that, the Mitel is available at reconditioned
prices (which means there is a lot of used systems out there). Just the
cabinet will set you back $800 (ie. the price of a PC) As an Asterisk/PC
vendor the only place where Asterisk is uncompetative is in the 1 to 2 lines
and less than 3-4 phones (with limited features). In all other sizes
Asterisk offers more features at less cost.
I would recommend you get Trixbox with some GXP 2000 phones and smile all
the way to the bank.
