[asterisk-biz] Question about CID in London

1. I have a client who wants me to do some custom Asterisk Development in
London.  This is a small project that requires us to attain an incoming
caller's phone number (CID) and based on the incoming cell phone caller-id,
perform some function.

My client tells me there are problems with attaining cell phone Caller ID's
in London, using Asterisk...  can anyone shed some light on what problems he
may be referring to?

2. Can someone reccomend a high-quality sip provider (that you have worked
with) in London?
