[asterisk-biz] Looking for Personal Home Use IAX / SIP Provider

Could someone recommend a good sip/iax provider for home or personal
use.  I am looking for a phone number local in the Omaha, Nebraska area.
I would like to place and receive calls via my Asterisk box.

Would like to know plans and pricing. Preferably a type of plan with a
block of minutes and a pay as you go from there?
