Not always. If the sales person is not replying to your emails, try to 
escalate: is there any other email posted at their website? is there a 
phone number? an address? a valid contact info for the domain at the 
registrar? It is just insane to post a complain WITHOUT following proper 
channels. Also, the original sender calls himself "Frank", "Office" and 
now "Bob". This is pure troll.
