[asterisk-biz] Asterisk with Skype

I was just using a product called Uplink Skype2Sip
(http://www.nch.com.au/skypetosip/index.html). Like Andy said, it does have
to be installed on a Windows machine, and that Windows machine must also
have the Skype client running.

This was really not my ideal setup, and both Uplink and the Skype client
froze a few times. But I eventually got it to work, and I just finished a
1hr conversation with a Skype user. I dialed the user from my deskphone
through my Asterisk server.

The Uplink software is free.

skype is so complicated... right now i know two software products, both have
to be installed at windows machine and both providing skype-to-sip
interface. 
you can call to and from, it work like converter and it well working with
asterisk.
in progress works on multiple skype accounts to sip driver, right now there
is - one computer - one converter and one port (sip).

so, right now you can use this way: 
virtual win95/98 machine(s) at the asterisk box <---> asterisk server.

license fees is 30 or 34$, i do not remember and of course, it is good for
individual usage or for soho.
