[asterisk-biz] Toll Free termination for extremely long calls

DID's will not work, partly since the broadcast team will move from town to
town each week the DID's would be setup and torn down. Also I have yet to
find a provider with DID's in the area code and exchange combination needed
to not be long distance for the client.
