[asterisk-biz] Voipjet

	How are VoIP retailers supposed to connect to the E911 network? I don't
see any Asterisk module to do so, nor any public E911 interface to which
retailers can register/report. Does that mean that Asterisk cannot offer
retail VoIP connectivity?
