Hello, all you need is asterisk pc in your office and IAX or SIP applet.
I suggest IAX, which is better as web client.
So,
you at customer office --> web client --> your asterisk --> gizmo.
Calls possible both by username at gizmo and by number (each gizmo user
have own individual number).
Another possible option with asterisk is:
you --> your office phone line --> asterisk --> gizmo (you need DIGIUM
board for this (or 3rd manufacturer).
3rd option is to use PDA with SIP phone or SIP WiFi/3G phone (nokia
e61), then you have your office "branch" with you.
